Service may be affected by factors outside our control, such as hardware failures, third-party software incompatibilities, or unauthorized access.
*2. Liability*
DSM Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss. Clients are responsible for maintaining regular backups of their data. DSM Tech’s total liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
